USING MICROSOFT PUBLISHER 2003.

CREATED A WEB PAGE THAT I'M TRYING TO UPLOAD. THE FILE IS SAVED AS A .PUB FILE.

HOW DO I CONVERT TO .HTML FROM .PUB?

I have Publisher 2003. Open the .PUB file and then click on Save As. At the bottom of the Save As box you can change the file type to "Web Page". When you click on OK or Save you will see a little box pop up that says something like "Saving HTML file".

I am using Publisher 2000 - - but it might be similar - -

Open the Publisher file that you already have.

Click on "File"

Then click on "Create Web Site from Current Publication"

I hope it is similar in your version . . .
