Microsoft .NET Framework?

Every time i turn on my Pc the Microsoft.Net framework annoying tab comes up and shows the below text.

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. IT NEVER CONTINUES!!

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

How do i get rid of this thing for ever?

I have an XP home edition.compaq presario 6320US. any help and get 10 points

"Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object":

This is an error that happens a lot when something is a missing. This error may happen from bad coding or a corrupted installation/uninstallation. Honestly, it's impossible to tell what's the cause of this error from the information you've given us.
