Microsoft Frontpage question - tabs?

I am using Microsoft Frontpage 2007. I designed my website on a newer Frontpage though and now I cant seem to do what i'd like to. I'd like to add another tab to the homepage but this version doesnt have tabs I dont think and I cant copy and paste them then change the name if you know what I mean. Anyone know what to do? Thanks

You need to follow these steps:

Insert %26gt; Interactive button

You will see a whole variety of buttons there, you can choose the color, shape, font and size.

If you go to www.english.enureflex.com you can see it how the buttons can look like live.
