So, I installed Office 2003 because my work required it and ever since then my Outlook has been totally screwed up. I can recieve emails but not send. I have been on the phone with my ISP and they are at a loss. I have yet to find any constructive information on the Microsoft web site or anywhere else regarding this problem. Now my work has changed a bit and I may not need to have 2003 on my computer anymore...if I uninstall 2003 and reinstall what I had on there before do you think this will fix it? Or will I just be causing myself bigger problems? Any ideas? I'm not technologically brilliant but if I'm given clear instructions or a link to a site with instructions or even just a clue where to look I can probably manage.

Import your settings to the new version. Go into your control panel and under mail set up your email again, import your address book and go from there. Sounds like your ISP didn't know **** about your situation.

Don't use outlook. Send it the "Old fashioned way."
