Microsoft Word borders/frames?

Hi,



I'm looking to make my own page border/frame for some certifications i want to print , but i don't want to use the ready-made ones in word , so i'd like to know from where can i find free borders/frames so i can add them to microsoft word and use them , and how can i create my own borders/frames .

What I have done in the past is to find a border I like in a graphics program I like. I paste that into Word text box so I can manipulate it. Then I create a text box and put my wording in that. If the text box falls behind the border, you need to change the order of the text boxes. You do this by opening the drawing tool bar, selecting the text box and send it to the back
