How can I send personalized email from Microsoft Outlook to 1000 contacts that I have in Micrcosoft

I have two files. Microsoft Excel that has database of 1000 people arranged by Name, Company and Email ID. I want to send each of these people a standard mail that I have typed in Microsoft outlook. I need to know is it possible that all my contact details from Microsoft excel file are sent that mail one by one. Can Mail Merge take email id information directly from Microsoft Excel or is there a way I can transfer Excel data to Mircosoft Outlook or there is some other way to do it.

Make a word document with data in Microsoft Outlook using copy and paste method. Use mail merge and done.

Microsoft has a mail merge feature built into MS Word that you can use, which will send your message individually to each address.

Be careful though because your ISP might have limitations on the number of group mail messages you can send at a time (e.g. mine only allows 25 to be sent per minute or something like that).

I use PC iMail which is a lot easier to use than Word's mail merge, and it lets you set time delays between messages, so that my account doesn't get closed for spamming.

The article below has instructions and links for both MS Word and PC iMail.
