How to keep microsoft word English (Australia)?

Everytime I open word, it is set on English (U.S)

To change it back to Australia, I double click the English (U.S) tab and set the Language to Australia by clicking (Default), then click (Ok) to the warning and then (Ok).

BUT

Everytime I close the word document, and open up a New Microsoft Word 03 Document it is BACK TO ENGLISH (U.S)!!!

Click Start, point to Programs or All Programs, point to Microsoft Office, point to Microsoft Office Tools, and then click Microsoft Office Language Settings.

Click any language under Enabled Languages other than English (Australia) and select Remove.
