Well, i tried to download some forms using Microsoft WOrd. But, instead of showing it with letters, it has a bunch of symbols I don't understand. I dont think it's a language *unless it's chinese or something* lol I think it's more of a code or something. It just doesnt' want to download with normal english letters.....

Microsoft Word can't read human handwriting. It instead matches it to the symbol it has with the most "common points" it has similar to it. By "Points" i mean like the letter "T" would have a couple points down the vertical line, and a few going straight across the horizontal one. Try scanning it and opening it with Adobe Reader.

Is your font set right? You can google how to change the language.
