Can You Burn Microsoft Office 2003 On a Cd?

I have an Old Computer and a new Computer. The New Computer is Dell, and as you know, Dell doesn't come with Microsoft Office 2003, You have to Pay extra for that. However My old Compaq computer carries this. Is it possible to burn that microsoft office 2003 from there to a disc, and use it in my dell computer? (and yes my old computer burns Cd's not DVD's)

You can't transfer an installed copy of Microsoft Office to another computer. If you have the installation files on the Compaq, you can burn those to a CD, put the CD in the Dell, and run Setup to install MS Office on the Dell, but you can't just copy over the installed application - it won't work.
