when recieving attached files,microsoft office 03 requeasts product key #'s,after providing correct #,still same masssage,invalide #.what should I do.

Ok, you can fix this, in windows:

Click "start"

Select "run"

Type "regedit"

press enter key

select "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT"

press delete key

restart computer
