Microsoft office: outlook, help on setting up connection?

hey, i need some help

i have microsoft office 2003, and im trying to set up my email

problem: i don know how to set up the connection so that it recieves my email. i want to set up my email so that i dont have to ues dial up, i want to be able to get it through my linksys wireless internet.

please help me, i would greatly appreciate a walkthrough on how to set up the connection for my email

Outlook will use what ever connection is available so the LAN option will work regardless. There are full details in the links I'm sending. Complete with images. Look them over and contact me if you need more help.

You have to have the smtp/pop server names, like for gmail i believe its;

incoming mail server: incoming.gmail.com

outgoing mail server: outgoing.gmail.com
i had to do that last week for work. i know you need a pop3 server...everything else should be pretty much prompted for you.
