Microsoft Word...????suzuki

The product key is unique to your copy of Microsoft Word. If they downloaded it they still should have given it to you afterwards. Do you have the CD? If you don't you should ask for it in case you'd have to reinstall it ever for any reason.

Microsoft Word...????virus

i dont really have a positive question to this, but u should contact circuit city, sometimes when u havent tried microsoft word ever, u have to enter a product key.

hope this helps!
yes u should because first of all u should have gotten office 2007 if u can take this one back but still call them
Hell ya' with your reciept
They downloaded a "trial" version of Microsoft Office. It's not free. You didn't mention you paid for it, if you did then take it back. Otherwise you should try Open Office which is a free alternative to Microsoft Office.

OpenOffice.org is a multiplatform and multilingual office suite and an open-source project. Compatible with all other major office suites, the product is free to download, use, and distribute.
Yes. Tell them to provide the key or you want your money back.
This depends on your Windows version.

First use the Windows help menu. Type in "Product key" It will direct you to the place on your laptop that your product key is located. Your PK can also be located inside or on your PC case if you bought it at Circuit City. If not the HELP menu in Windows will give you options as to how and where to create a new PK. You can always create a NEW product key.
