I need a way of viewing a Microsoft Project file in a calendar view showing task notes. I'd like to be able to export this view to a webpage.

I'm not aware of a way to achieve this.
An alternative, that you might already be aware of, would be print the view to a PDF file, and then post the PDF file on your webpage. When you print the file you can go into page setup and select to include the notes - although they'll end up on a seperate page.
This obviously requires you to have a method to create PDF files - this is not a MS Project feature.
