how can i be sure that, 1, i actually won, and 2, this e-mail is actually from microsoft corp?

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. If you won anything ( that you actually signed up for) they will contact you by phone or mail. Do not offer any info through email especially CC#, SS# DL# or any info that might cause them to steal your identity. Good Luck
