I cannot install microsoft update KB928366...?

I KEEP GETTING ERROR CODE [0X643] i have contacted microsoft their answer as follows 1st try shutting down firewall-and antivirus that did not work next they said as follows--- start/run cmd- then type in net stop wuauservand enter-leave window open -- open my computer folder windows software distribution click right and rename this folder "SDOLD" RETURN TO BLACK WINDOW TYPE IN NET START WUAUSERV AND CLICK ENTER .CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND GO TO MICROSOFT UPDATE --- AND GUESS WHAT IT STILL WILL NOT INSTALL -- ANY HELP PLEASE

your better off reinstalling windows it'self it's corrupted somewhere and only a matter of time before it goes completely.
