Microsoft Word help please! Keyboard problems.?

I am trying to type normally, but it doesn't show the right keys. I mean, I try to type something, but the letters on the screen aren't the letters I typed on the keyboard. It's only on Word. The keyboard works fine everywhere else. I don't know what version I have. I have Microsoft Office 11, if that helps. I tend to accidentally push CTRL instead of SHIFT, too. The word I was typing was "Irony"

Using MS Office CD, click on to reinstall or repair button and try after this process gets completed.

Jesika, it might be something as simple as having changed the font in MS Word. Look in the toolbar section of your screen. I believe the default font is Times New Roman. Did you change it to something else? If so, change it back and see if that doesn't do it.
