how do you double side a paperon microsoft word? like instead of having 2 sheets printed just 1 with text on the backside?
Microsoft help!!!!?virus scan
This is actually a function of your printer and not the Word program. If you Printer supports double sided printing it will appear as an option within word on file menu, printer setup, select doublesided printing.
However, you can totally do this with any printer. Goto the file menu, select print, then select pages (1 to 1).
This will print out only the first page.
The take that page and put it back into the printer and print just page two. You will need to figure out by trial and error which side goes down to print to the back page. Or you can draw an arrow on the top of the first sheet of paper before printing and notice where the text is with respect to the arrow. If it is one the same side then put your page 1 face down. Opposite side face up. If the arrow point down the page then turn page 1 around when reinserting it to print page two.
Good Luck.
